Each full-service, 50’ x 85’ site will be fully landscaped with a customized stamped concrete pad, and offers individually metered 50-amp electric, water and sewer, satellite TV, telephone and high-speed internet, gated security, and daily garbage pickup. Staying true to the heritage of this region, a 128 sq.ft. miniature cantilevered barn, will be placed on each lot to accommodate extra storage, a bathroom, laundry facilities, etc.
Owners at The Dell also have the option of renting their sites on Hidden Mountain Resort's rental program. Hidden Mountain Resort offers over 25 years experience in resort management.
