Also we re working on plans for our Phase 2 of The Dell which will be called The Dell “View”. As the name suggests these sites will be unlike anything you have ever seen, a motor coach site with an incredible view of the Smoky Mountains.
The sites will be on an elevated pad with an unobstructed view of the mountains. We are offering pre construction pricing at $195,000.00. We have just opened up reservations on The View sites and in one week have sold 6 sites.
